I really like this versatile product. It’s great as a facial moisturizer especially in the winter. I put it on before I go to bed and for chapped skin during the day; it’s great for dry skin patches anywhere. It’s a nice consistency that you massage in and a little goes a long way. I also use it in my hair for dry ends and to smooth frizzes. It has no scent which I prefer.

It irritated my nose when I put some on my hands and elbows. I was thinking it’d be thicker than it is. No odor to it is good and it does take a few minutes to get absorbed into skin.

This did arrive a bit late and I was worried about the condition it may be in when it did get to me – all was good though. I use this straight out of the jar and I use a little in some salves I make. Either way, it feels nice on my skin and absorbs nicely. Will definitely be buying this again. Perfect size container too.

It is so hard to find 100% pure USDA organic unrefined, no added fillers, color, flavors, fragrances, petrochemicals, other toxic chemicals, etc. type products ANYWHERE on the market. There is so much greenwashing done in marketing that it is really hard to sift through all the BS to get to the REAL information about a product it is exhausting. For someone like me who is allergic to perfumes, fragrances, and just about everything and who also has all manner of chemical sensitivities, American manufactured household cleaning, health, personal care and beauty products are a NIGHTMARE of toxic chemicals, petrochemicals and added fragrances. It is so refreshing to find a product like this one that is so completely natural. It has no scent. The texture is unctuous but not greasy, and absorbs quickly. I was applying it to my legs and left the jar on my bed next to me and my pit bull who has a very discerning palate (he only eats homemade dog food and treats) jumped on the bed and came right up to the jar and began eating it! He loved it so much, I had to pull it away from him or else he would have wolfed the whole jar down. If he’s trying to eat this whole jar of avocado butter, this avocado butter must be of the utmost high quality. Like, food grade. And that passes my own extremely high standards. My only tiny recommendation would be that I would love to see this product packaged in glass, not plastic (too much plastic pollution). Otherwise, well done Plant Guru!

No more Vaseline-this is the perfect alternative. Everyone in my family uses it-that means it works on skin types ranging from sensitive, to “normal”. SO grateful to have found this-went on and bought the huge one just to keep refills coming!
