Had major intestinal issues! Started out at 6 in am and 2 at night! In one day I was better. I’ve been on Manna Cleanse since September now and I take 2 in am and 1 at night. I do well at this dosage now! Was given to me by my doctor as I had no good bacteria in my stomach. Food was coming out of my body one of two ways within 20 min. I don’t find this works at all. It used to be so great. I wish I had not let it sit awhile ( a month) before using. Otherwise, I would return the product.
