Great for my daughter as she has very curly tight spiral hair(biracial). It grows a bit slower so these definitely help it to grow. Best to take 3 bottles(3 months worth)in a row then take a break for a month and start again.

So I found these vitamins in October, and got them for my girls. After just a week we could see and feel a difference.. we ran out and they were out of stock for a bit but we got more and they started taking them religiously again on Christmas morning. So I’d say only about 2 months total because of the lapse in having them on hand. We are beyond happy with the results this far. My kids don’t mind the taste and love that it’s making thier hair longer (especially my 11 yr old who had shaved her head completely 1.5 yr ago!)

I got this on Thursday but the day it had to come was on Saturday so that was an exciting day. so then I ate 2 of them each day because it says if your 4 and older you can eat two each day. I was very pleased with the results. My hair had actually grown 1 inch in a week. It was amazing! I really recommend any one buying this product and the gummies are very soft and chewy. At first sight of the gummies you expect them to be hard but they are really soft! I will buy again!
