I just started taking this product 3 days ago. I started with 1 cap, then increased it to 2, 1 in the morning and 1 at bedtime. I am just amazed that this seems to be working so quickly. Today is the 1st day in a long time that I have not had to take pain meds, and the constant aching in my back and hips is negligable. I did not give this 5 stars, because I have just started using it and want to give it more time. Those of us who have tried every pain relief imaginable know that some things seem to help and then they dont. I am anxious to see how I am doing in the next few weeks.

Product arrived in timely manner. Capsules inside are stuck together so they have to e pulled apart. a few capsules have opened because they are so stuck together. I am still using them though.

Was having awful joint pain, was trying all of the joint supplements and then heard about this. Within a couple days i was Off taking Tylenol or IB Profen everyday.

Some of the allergy medications my husband takes blocks malic acid uptake and he suffers from severe night time muscle cramps in his legs. Taking this before bed with magnesium powder prevents the cramping.
