    I like this version of Dairy Aid. Only need to take one pill instead of three.

    works just as well as the competition, even the more expensive options. Just one pill does the trick. If it saves me money and can get here timely I’ll be buying more in the future for sure.

    I took two before eating an ice cream sandwich. In less than three hours I had diarrhea. Note – not for everyone

    I did not find this as effective as Member’s Mark Dairy Relief. I still have some intestinal gas with this.

    For those who are highly lactose sensitive, a daily lactose enzyme is recommended. If after taking the daily caplets for a while, if you are still experiencing symptoms, add 1-2 of these “fast acting” caplets when consuming products with dairy. You will find what works for you in a short time. For the most part, the symptoms will be basically gone with a little “trial & error”.
