I don’t recommend this product for kids. These gummies (2 each time) made my kid more aggressive the next day vs other gummies with same ingredients. I tried it multiple times on my kid. This product is intended for adults. I am not sure why would any adult ingest so much sugar (6 gummy each time) that may mess up one’s teeth. I am still not certain if this product has something other than magtein in it! It’s a delicious gummy that I take now so I can finish it!

After using these gummies for a month, I’ve observed that taking them too late in the evening can, and is reported to, cause highly vivid dreams. I’ve recently experienced this myself and hadn’t initially linked it to the supplement. However, after ceasing use for five days, the intensity and vividness of these dreams, some quite severe, noticeably abated.

These are pleasantly sweet, but it’s worth noting that a full serving of six gummies packs 10 grams of sugar. A stevia mix could have reduced this. I’ve opted for half the serving size, taking three gummies daily, as I already maintain a Magnesium Calm routine.
L-Threonate is organic, differentiating it from the non-organic compounds in Magnesium Calm. I’m combining half-doses of both, primarily because excessive magnesium is known to have a laxative effect.
As for the cognitive benefits, it’s a bit early for a conclusive assessment. I’ve been taking these for only about 10 days and am also on a regimen of over 20 other supplements aimed at cognitive function, stress reduction, anxiety alleviation, and sleep improvement. However, ample research suggests that L-Threonate effectively crosses the blood-brain barrier, which holds promise for the issues I’m targeting.
Overall, I appreciate what Magceutics is offering, but when this bottle runs out, I’ll likely seek a more cost-effective alternative. Despite the bottle’s substantial size, at a recommended six gummies per day, they won’t last long.

I seem to have adverse reaction to these which I assume is a testament to their strength. I like the flavor – very cherry-ish! It is very sweet which I liked but not everyone would.
My normal multivitamin has magnesium so I think, for me, this on top of the multivitamin was too strong. I would only take 1 of the 6 and my heart would race and I’d get hot flashes and start sweating. Though these don’t seem to be good symptoms, I think it means they vitamins are actually effective and I am just getting too much.

Vitamins were melted together into a glob in the bottle. The bottle itself does not show the “best by” or “expiry” date, so it is impossible to even tell how old these vitamins are. It looks like I received an old bottle or the bottle that was not stored properly, your luck may be better. It is on me for not checking the return policy before buying, but this product is not eligible for a return, so… beware. I’m going back to my previous brand.
