This is easy to spray on, like other “magnesium oil” sprays. It is the consistency of thickened water, but isn’t really like an oil (or, maybe it is like a dry oil?) Each spray is said to provide 25mg of magnesium. The directions say to use 4-5 sprays on the soles of your feet.
I use this on my feel, and also on my calves when they cramp up. This does leave a bit of a noticeable residue, similar to a heavy coat of sea salt from swimming in the mediterranean sea. It relieves some symptoms of tightness in my feet, but it isn’t a magic potion for me. It also does not make me drowsy like taking magnesium orally does. Maybe for those who are mainly deficient in magnesium, this may work differently. I am aware from lab tests that I am deficient in several minerals, not just magnesium, so that may be why it is not such a magnificent fix for me.
It does seem to be a good magnesium oil, on par with other on the market. Also, this does not seem to include “other additives” as some do. Just magnesium.

This stuff really helps you get a deep nights sleep. Both my husband and have noticed it improved our sleep and we dream more which is a sign of restorative REM sleep. My husband just ordered a bottle for his son who has issues with poor sleep. It is a little greasy and I have to wash my hands after I rub it into our feet.
