I give my son magnesium because I think he’s a little anxious, so I figure I’d give these patches a try (bc I will always forget a vitamin).
I felt the calm! I was able to keep my cool with him more. Took my time to speak and think through.
Overall, I like them. Make sure you apply to a CLEAN area. They are sticky and leave a residue. Wash it off ASAP or it’ll start to itch.
I wish there was more distinct labeling on the patch so I knew what it was. But the packaging is very thin and easy to store. However there is no safety seal so keep these out of the reach of kids!
