I’ve been using these magnesium patches for over a week now and the results have been fantastic! Not only have I noticed a significant boost in my energy levels throughout the day, but my sleep quality has also improved tremendously. I used it both at night and in the daytime I personally feel like it works better during the night I am able to sleep more comfortably and I wake up with more energy. When I wore it during the day I didn’t feel any difference. I do recommend trying it to see which one works best.

I’ve been using these magnesium patches for a few days now, and while they aren’t life-changing, they do offer some noticeable benefits. The patch format is convenient—just stick one on, and you’re good for the day. I’ve noticed a slight improvement in my sleep quality, and I seem to feel less muscle soreness after workouts. The patches stay on fairly well, even during light exercise or daily activities. However, I’m not sure if they are as effective as taking magnesium supplements in other forms. The “high absorption rate” claim is hard to verify, but the convenience and ease of use definitely make it worth a try, especially if you don’t like swallowing pills. The patches are discreet and comfortable, so you hardly notice them once applied. Overall, it’s a decent product, especially if you’re looking for an easy way to incorporate magnesium into your routine. Just don’t expect miracles overnight.

I sometimes have trouble sleeping all the way through the night, and I tried this product out in hopes to remedy that in a healthy way; it did that and more! Not only did I sleep peacefully throughout the night, I woke up feeling well-rested and ready to go.

This product is a soft, flexible, plastic patch about 1 ½ inches by 1 ½ inches. I thought it would be larger, but it fit nicely on my shoulder under my sleeve. So it can be worn discretely either at night or in the day. The instructions say to wear it for eight hours. They don’t specify which part of the day, so I tried it for both. I didn’t like that it was a little stickier than some patches I’ve tried, and a little uncomfortable. But this is the first magnesium-style that I’ve purchased. It stayed on fairly well, and I got used to the feel of it after some time.
For the day use, I thought I received a bit more energy and alertness while wearing it. After a night of sleep for the other eight hours, I felt more refreshed and energized. Also, it seemed as though I wasn’t quite as achy afterwards.
I would recommend trying it, and I’m going to use it more often.

I ordered these patches 4 days ago. I have used them about 6x so far. My issue with them is that they do not stay adhered to my body for long at all. I would like to say that I do feel better overall but that may be from other lifestyle changes I’ve made. I cannot discredit the patches though at this time because it feels promising to me, however the fact that they don’t stay on is a big issue.
