I have been taking these Magnesium gummies for well over a month. I like that they are vegan. I don’t like the extra sugar in them, but it is better than some of the other alternatives. They taste fine and after a month, I do feel that they have seemed to help my muscle pain. Often with this type of “drug” it is impossible to tell how well they work if you test them on a short term basis. I think these are fine and I will continue to use them. They are packaged into a childproof bottle—which is important if you have little ones around. Gummies are a big draw for kids! Overall, these seem to be a good supplement for gaining extra magnesium into your diet.

The product was delivered on time and was packaged and sealed as shown in the listing but I started to question the reliability and ingredients in this product. They tasted fine but so do gummy bears. I tried to go to the website on the bottle but it is doesn’t work. I tried to google what appears to be the parent company, it doesn’t exist, only an email address. I then tried to Google Earth the company address that is on the bottle to at least see where they are made, the address takes you to a building that is a run down, no name on the building and looks like a backyard operation. When I saw that I realized that there most likely nothing of any value in these gummies other than sugar and flavoring. Don’t buy these. Find one that is at least USP certified or other recognized verification.
