I was recently recommended magnesium spray, so I was pleased to find this one. It’s very easy to use, and I haven’t experienced any irritation or itchiness while applying it. I specifically ordered it for my feet, so I haven’t tested it on other suggested areas like my wrists or back. Although I can’t speak to its effectiveness for sleep issues, as that wasn’t my primary reason for purchasing, I do appreciate the light, refreshing scent that makes it pleasant to use. I also liked that it arrived securely sealed.

I’m not sure if it’s psychosomatic or really working. It seems to relieve my muscle ache and knee pain so quickly I have to wonder. I’m just glad the lower back pain and knee pain eases up. It does not help me sleep.

Large bottle – lasts a long time. I’ve had my whole family (in house and extend family) try magnesium lotions and sprays on theor legs. Great for restless legs, soreness, and just relaxing before bed. This one has no scent which is great for my kid with skin issues.

Magnesium spray was recommended to me a short time ago, so I was happy to find this. It is easy to use, and I have not had any irritations or itchiness from using it. I ordered it for use on my feet, so I haven’t tried any of the other suggested areas (wrists, back etc.). Nothing seems to help with my sleep issues so I can’t comment on that aspect, but that wasn’t my reason for ordering. It has a light refreshing scent that makes it enjoyable to use. I appreciate it arrived well sealed. I received mine in November 2024 and its Best by date isn’t until 10/26. I do wish the bottle made it more clear on where it was made but the listing notes Country of Origin: China
