Pros: Excellent quality, terrific ripe mango flavor, melty texture and smooth move regularity. I continue to order these and recommend them to my friends. This manufacturer has a store on Amazon with a large variety of gummies. I plan on trying their “mango flavor algae calcium gummies” the next time I shop.
Cons: Price. Although the amount of magnesium is higher than average for gummies offered on Amazon, I personally believe it is way too low. I am currently doing 4 gummies per day then 4 from another brand that contains calcium. I gave some of these to a friend and she said that the amount of magnesium was just right or maybe too high. So this is why I hate to do reviews. Everyone is different.

This product is great! I like the combination of magnesium in it and I take it in the evening in case it makes me drowsy. I check my magnesium levels in my routine blood check at least twice a year and they are in an optimal range with this product.

I really like these vitamins. I’m taking them for bowel regulation and they work much better than taking fiber which caused me to have bloating/gas. I like the tumeric for inflammation and other health benefits. I’ve told many of my friends and I’m on my second bottle. Same consistency. Great product. Would definitely recommend.
