Ok, my son is four and has autism and adhd so bedtime can be rough. I tried spray magnesium first on his feet and it did nothing. Decided to try something different and tried these. GAME CHANGER FOR US!!! These knock my toddler out within 30 mins. EVERY SINGLE TIME. We are almost half way thru our bottle and I have no complaint at all. I’ve tried them as well, an adult serving is 2 gummies vs 1. They don’t put me to sleep like they do him, I rly don’t even notice a difference the few times I tried them on myself but for my toddler they did exactly what I wanted them to. I will say in our case I realized I can’t give him these during the day as they truly do make him sleepy when they kick in. They are tasty too. A nice orange flavor. Not too sweet, no weird taste at all actually. They just taste like orange. My kid loves them and at this point he looks forward to his “gummy time” each night. We will be buying more!

These gummies help my grandkids to settle down when they spend the night. There is no melatonin which is a big plus because research shows it’s can stunt a child’s growth over time. The magnesium glycinate and magnesium L- threonate is not as large of a dose as it may seem. This is magnesium bound to another substance so the actual elemental magnesium is less than 56 mg. This is a very small dose even for a child but the glycinate and L-threonate is really good for relaxation.
This formula also contains chamomile and L-theanine that are relaxing as well. The B6 is a co-factor for magnesium absorption. While this formula won’t put you to sleep, it does help to unwind and settle down so sleep comes more easily.
I frequently take 2 gummies when I feel like I need extra help settling down at night. Melatonin always gives me (and my grandson) a headache even in small doses so this formula is a blessing! Not really sure if these worked exactly or not. But they definitely tasted good. Couldn’t really tell if this worked regarding the calming or relaxation aspect of it or even the dietary supplement part. But you’re able to take two gummies a day. And they tasted like oranges. This offers some vitamins as well as magnesium. It does have a few carbs in it though I was a little surprised about that but aside from that I didn’t notice any bad effects I just couldn’t tell if it actually did anything at all. But it might be too soon for just one month. All in all though I definitely recommend if it’s got the vitamins and supplements that you need on a daily that usually you’re lacking.
