So at first, I was skeptical about this product, but it really does have a great raspberry flavor. It’s a harder gummy than some of the other ones that I tried, but I really love the ease of just being able to take it and chew it up. It is a great option For anyone who doesn’t like pills. Very easy to chew if they had a children’s option, it would be perfect for my kiddos. I normally take this in the afternoon, so that way it has all night to digest and do its magic.

Since retirement 2020 may legs (lower body) suffered me all kinds of pains. My gate was shorter due to various leg pains that would change location with each passing day. A friend told me I was low on magnesium…so I bought these. I started taking 2 a day and within a day, the next day, I was walking normal and without pain. Now I take 2 every other day until I begin to feel leg pain and then go back to everyday. I’m 6’1″ 220 lbs so I hope I’m not over doing it. They say it’s unhealthy to take to much magnesium. Asked Google. What kind of magnesium is good for leg pain?

Ok ya’ll! I went through a major traumatic health event this year and I’ve been trying to get all my levels and vitamins back in check and balanced out. These gummies taste DELICIOUS!!!! And let me tell you, I’ve had soooo many in the past few months that taste awful!!!! The flavor was so bad, truly almost made me vomit. Could not spit out fast enough. Only a hint of raspberry but overpowering chemical taste. No idea how these have any positive reviews. I regularly use other brands of sugar free magnesium gummies with no issue.
