The effects of supplements are nearly impossible for a normal consumer to quantify and I’m not even about to here. I’ll just say that I take Magnesium Glycinate regularly and for the price, what you get here seems like a pretty good deal.
They list a full adult daily serving as 3 capsules at 210mg and have 120 in the bottle.
Most that I take which are more expensive have about that in 2 capsules but with fewer in the bottle at a slightly higher price so it works out to be a little better for me, when looking at it that way.
If you have trouble taking capsules, having to take three instead of two may be a deal-breaker for you but that’s not an issue for me.
Otherwise, this came packaged the same way we expect all this stuff to: plastic-sealed lid and tamper-proof cover inside.
Packaging also indicates this was made in the U.S.
Overall, I’m happy with this product.

I highly recommend the Surebrand mag pills for sleep purposes. I take a couple of magnesium glycinate pills an hour before bedtime and I get super-relaxed and drowsy. Afterwards, it’s easier for me to go to sleep.

I bought these magnesium tablets to help with my nerves, muscle recovery and overall well being. I bought the glycinate over the stearate because after careful research I found that the glycinate is more hormone friendly. I’ve been going to bed earlier and having a more rested feeling even if I don’t sleep a full 8 hours. The size of the capsules don’t bother me at all I would suggest blending in a smoothie if you have that issue I take no more than 3 in a day. Great product!

These are tablets not capsules and though coated were a problem for me to swallow as they are quite large. Hubby can swallow them so at least not going to waste.
