I’m not qualified to comment on efficacy or quality. But I can say that these taste great, are textured perfectly and did not have any adverse results over the course of a month of use. They arrived properly sealed and fully intact.

The Amazon page description of the product clearly states that it is GMP certified, non GMO, Vegan, gluten free. Nowhere on the label is there any of this information! I bought this product because of that stated GMP certified information. Who knows what’s in these!

One gummy is all you need for a full day supply of magnesium. I take it at night because it also helped me to wind down and get a restful sleep.

Taste good but they start to stick together after a while. I just hit the bottle or shake the bottle sometimes that works other times I just pull it apart with my teeth. Don’t know if they are working yet.

I decided to give these a try as my daily magnesium supplement. They seem to hold up just fine compared to my usual brand, no complaints at all. The taste is also perfectly acceptable.

This is a decent-tasting gummy that is supposed to get me a whole day’s supply of magnesium. It’s one less capsule to swallow but aside from this offers no advantage over non-gummy varieties. I’m not hung up over the small amount of sugar in each gummy – otherwise I would have stuck with capsules. My concerns are two-fold. First, while the product listing does not stipulate where the product is from, the label on the product I received states it is ‘Made in China’. This little bit of information is left out of the pictures provided in the item listing. Also, the website that’s provided on the label is not active. Going to the site simply states the site has been assigned – there is no indication that it was ever properly running.
These two factors really make me question the sourcing and therefore quality of the item. Not many companies simply forgo their web presence. I’m going to do more research, but as of now, I’m left with many questions.
