So these get me the magnesium that I need, and the taste is good enough. I don’t expect them to be a treat, but these definitely have a slightly weird taste to them. But the overall flavor is pretty good. I’d order them again.

First, these are made in China, but they do include a physical address, email address and web page. They do not have a phone number on the bottle or the web page.
These include magnesium glycinate as well as magnesium malate. I am happy that it includes 500 mg of calcium, and also includes Vitamin D, B6 and CoQ10…all of which are great for women (and men) and especially for seniors.
This came double sealed but the tear off seal over the child proof cap (which isn’t child proof as it just twists off so no need to “push down”) was ONLY over the cap and didn’t even reach the bottle so why bother? For this reason I gave it only 4 stars. The seal over the bottle was easy to tear off.
The gummies taste like cherry jello to me. Pleasant enough, but they leave a slight aftertaste.
All in all I am pleased with this product because of the really nice mix of vitamins with the magnesium.

I’m always a bit hesitant about food products from China. That said, magnesium is an important supplement for our health and well being. These taste good and are sweetened with a Stevia derivative, which is OK with me. Other ingredients in the gummies are a plus.

I recently tried Magnesium Glycinate and Calcium Gummies, and I was pleasantly surprised by how great they taste! The fruity flavor makes taking my supplements a lot more enjoyable compared to traditional pills. Each gummy has a nice chewy texture, making it easy to add them to my daily routine.
However, I didn’t experience any noticeable improvement in my sleep quality. Despite following the recommended dosage, I found that I was sleeping just as well (or as poorly) as before. While the flavor is a definite win, I was hoping for a more significant impact on my relaxation and sleep patterns.
These gummies are a delicious way to supplement magnesium and calcium, but if you’re looking for something to help with sleep, you might need to look elsewhere.

Oftentimes it is very difficult to determine if over-the-counter vitamins are providing the boost indicated on the bottle or in the advertisement. Well, I have that feeling about these magnesium gummies. I’ve been taking different brands of magnesium for over a year now, and I’ve been exclusively taking this one for about a month. Honestly, I haven’t noticed a difference, but I continue to take them, because I know I don’t get enough magnesium, calcium or potassium in my daily food intake. All of which are included in these gummies. So I count on these gummies to help with the deficit.

these are great for helping you sleep better and easing leg cramps at night.

These gummy magnesium supplements actually taste good and make it easy to take a magnesium supplement. The jar promises all kinds of things like better sleep, more energy, etc—-honestly I can’t comment on whether it actually does that. I haven’t noticed any discernable differences since I have been taking these, but maybe they would be seen in the long run.
