I have a thing for gummi candies. Sour, sweet, fruity, combination, it doesn’t matter. I love gummi candy.
That being said, these supplements are a super tasty way to get your magnesium, if you like raspberry flavor, without having to choke down capsules, tablets, caplets, or chalky liquids. The downside is that these taste fantastic. And if you like gummi candies like I do, it may be a challenge to stick to the recommended dosage.
Since I started taking these a few weeks ago, I’ve noticed that I don’t have the nightly leg cramps like I used to, I sleep a little better, and my muscles don’t ache as much as they did. Oh, I still hurt here and there, but it’s manageable, not like before.
I learned the hard way that taking these at night is the best course of action. I took them in the morning and all I wanted to do was nap all day, like one big lazy cat. It’s not that they make you tired, they just seem to promote a feeling of relaxation somehow, and if you want to be productive, taking them in the morning isn’t the way to do it.

Supplements are always hard to objectively review since they’ll affect everyone differently. What I can say is that these magnesium gummies seem to help me fall asleep faster. They taste good, so they’re easy to take, and I don’t mind taking them on nights that I’m struggling to fall asleep. They seem to work for me, so I’d buy them again – your results may vary.
