This magnesium glycinate supplement is conveniently packaged in softgel format, which is easy to swallow, and I appreciate the inclusion of additional vitamins like E, B6, and zinc. With a serving size of two softgels, a bottle will last for a full month. However, there’s a major issue: while the product is labeled as vegan, the fine print in the ingredients lists gelatin, which is animal-derived. This mislabeling makes it unsuitable for vegan diets and is a significant oversight.

I’ve been taking these supplements to help me better regulate my sleep schedule now that the days are shorter. These have been very helpful in my quest to get higher quality sleep with fewer restless nights and interruptions.

I take magnesium every other day for years based on the benefits I’ve read for muscles. Most magnesium pills are powdery and taste bad but these coded gel caps are so much easier to take and have no aftertaste or powdery taste. I really appreciate them bein soy free, non-GMO, No artificial colors, flavors. And made in GMP-certified facility, and 3rd-party tested. I’ll be buying these again for their magnesium benefits, and the pill form being easy to consume. The price is reasonable compared to other vitamins of this type I’ve bought.

I ordered these supplements because I’ve been having trouble falling asleep almost every night. I tried regular Magnesium, but it really upset my digestive system. Then I read that Magnesium Glycinate is actually what you need for better sleep. I’ve been taking these for almost a week and I’ve had no trouble falling asleep and staying asleep. It’s too soon to know if it’s really the supplements or just coincidence, but I will continue to take them. The only issue I have with this particular product is the color of the supplements is such an unnatural, deep, dark green. I would prefer a supplement without all of that food coloring.

Was looking for a post workout for cheap that would help with sleep, and since many post workouts are just magnesium and zinc, and this supplement gives 100% of the daily value for both, I thought I found a cheap alternative. But, because of all the vitamins, especially the 500% of the daily value of B6, meant it was more energizing than it was soporific/somniferous/sleep-inducing. I took it about an hour before bed not realizing how energizing the vitamins would actually be, and haven’t slept a wink, lol. So, needless to say it will be a morning supplement from now on, and will probably not be a good post workout alternative. But, I’m sure once the vitamins wear off, the zinc and magnesium in my system should help to regulate my sleep tonight and in the future, as long as I don’t take it at night ever again. I’ll have to update this after a few weeks and let everyone know how it went, if I remember.

No idea why but I haven’t been sleeping well at all, even while only taking this supplement in the mornings and supplementing 5-HTP one night, then L-Tryptophan the following night, so I don’t build up a quick tolerance to either, and i finally got some sleep last night, thanks to the L-Tryptophan, mostly…I think. Really need to get my sleep duration and quality fixed. I mean I’m up at 8:00am every morning, regardless, I just wish I could sleep for more than hour or *maybe* 2 hours per night on good nights. Bad nights I don’t get a wink, which is most nights.

Magnesium Glycinate is the most absorbent magnesium supplement and is great for taking prior to bedtime to relax the muscles. It is often difficult to find supplements that do not have fillers, but this brand is amazing with its ingredients. Besides the actual supplements, the only other ingredients are Olive oil, gelatin, and purified water!
The gel capsules themselves look like candy. They are also very easy to swallow with the smooth round shape. This pack comes with two bottles of 60 each. One serving is 2 capsules, but you can take one if you just want a small amount of magnesium. These pills do not cause any stomach issues which some cheap magnesium supplements can cause. I am very happy with these pills and will likely buy them again as my daily magnesium supplement.

I really appreciate the small bottles. They are nearly packed to the brim when you first get them. They maximize the space they have, without overinflating the product size. This is great for when you have limited counter space.
The soft gels are easy to swallow and have absolutely no flavor (at least as long as you wash them down quickly. Theres a good number of vitamins in these and not just vitamin C. You can read what’s in them on the label, but I appreciate the zinc mostly, to help with immunity.

I ordered these magnesium tablets to help prevent leg cramps and to help me sleep. So far, it’s helping with both. I typically wake after 4 hours of sleep and I’m getting an extra 30 min, since starting these tablets. They don’t cause any stomach upset, and due to their smaller size, they are easy to swallow. Once the first bottle is gone, I plan to re-order.
