I snagged this cream because I’m trying to get more magnesium into my system topically. I have been using a magnesium oil spray and applying to my feet and calves before bed to help with night sweats and sleepless legs, however this magnesium cream is a new fun option.
I applied this to my neck and shoulders, under my arms, and also to my calves before bed and I do think it provided a calming night of sleep for me. I’m going to keep using this and see if I have increased benefits and I will update this review if I do. This cream absorbed very well and was not sticky or oily and it had an exceptionally clean scent.

I received “Magnesium Cream, Topical Magnesium Oil Cream with Pure Zechstein Magnesium, Magnesium Oil for Feet, Legs, Arms and Chest, Topical Magnesium Chloride, Easy to Use, Easy to Absortion.” Magnesium cream is very helpful for my feet and legs, although it may not work for everybody. This cream comes in a simple plastic jar. It has a very subtle scent. It’s smooth and buttery and very moisturizing for my skin.

I’ve been using this on my legs (not consistently) and it does feel relaxing but unsure if that’s the massaging of my calves as I put it on or the magnesium oil. However I do think there are benefits so will keep using. No real scent and easy to apply!

I’ve never used magnesium cream or oil before so this was a first time experience. I use it to massage into the calves of my legs and my feet before I go to bed. It feels creamy but doesn’t leave my legs feeling greasy or oily. It’s got a nice scent that I find very pleasant. I can’t say if it helps with cramps or restless leg syndrome because I can’t make medical claims about this product. But I do feel I’m sleeping better so that’s a plus.

This is a lotion, cream like magnesium topical. This has little to no smell which is appreciated. I like this over magnesium oil, water as I feel it soaks in better. I use this on sore areas and it seems to help. Quality is good, and this arrives fully sealed. I fine this effective and soothing.
