I have been taking Magnesium for many years according to my doctor’s advice due to my occasional irregular heart rhythm. He thinks that most people are deficient because our modern diet is not as nutritious as before due to the lack of minerals in the soil.
This Magnesium Complex 500mg is double the amount I use to take and it contains mostly in the form of Glycerate, Citrate, Aspartite, and Carbonate. All these are easily absorbable by the our gut and ready to be metabolized for useful purposes. They are not suppose to upset your stomach. This product is especially good that it says it does not contain Magnesium Oxide which many consider almost useless by the body and sometimes causes upset stomach.
There are many different compounding of Magnesium supplements, and this is one of the best I have found. The Vegan (lack of unnecessary fat) capsules are not too big and easier to swallow.
Great product and may be what I will use from now on.

This product was received as part of a promotion. This 6-in-1 magnesium complex supplement is great. The serving size is 1 capsule, so you have a 120-day supply! They are simple for me to swallow with something to drink (I drink water). It is also gluten free, dairy free, egg free, non-GMO, sugar free, soy free, peanut/tree nut free, GMP compliant & lab tested for quality. I take magnesium to keep my levels up. I think this product will help me out long-term and I have enjoyed that it hasn’t been harsh on my stomach so far.

I’ve been taking these for about 2 weeks, so no long term data. However I am sleeping more soundly through the night. The 2nd night I took one I was doing random activities around the house and felt suddenly tired and relaxed. I had forgotten I took the magnesium and just ended up going to bed and sleeping really well. The next day I woke up more rested than I had been. It wasn’t until I was up and around that I realized it could have been the magnesium that helped with the relaxing. This is worth a try, not every supplement will work the same for each person.

I’ve been using the Vitalibre 6-in-1 Magnesium Complex for a few weeks now, and I’m impressed with its quality. The 500mg dose contains a blend of six magnesium forms, which really helps with absorption without causing any digestive discomfort, unlike other magnesium supplements I’ve tried. I’ve definitely noticed a difference in my sleep and muscle relaxation, as I feel calmer and experience fewer cramps. The small capsules are easy to swallow, and I appreciate that they don’t leave an unpleasant aftertaste or stick in my throat like other pills do.
I’m also a fan of the fact that it’s free from sugar, gluten, dairy, soy, and other common allergens. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that I still prefer a slightly higher magnesium dosage per capsule. However, this supplement is still a solid choice for overall magnesium support, and I will continue using it!

I’ve been taking Magnesium for a while, I have learned over time that there are different forms and the different forms provide different benefits. This capsule has six, so it pretty much covers all the bases.
I also really like that it is just Magensium. I found that I was taking too much of some vitamins as supplements would contain additional nutrients in their formulation. This is great, unless you are taking multiple supplements which contain the same “bonus” nutrient and cause you to take too much. Being just Magnesium in this capsule I don’t have to worry about it.
Dosage is one capsule – which is great. Capsules are easy to swallow, no strange smell or taste. I’ve had no stomach issues. This is pretty much what a Magnesium supplement should be.

I always take magnesium for restless legs, cramping a better nights rest and staying regular. This seems to work great for all that for me. No upset stomach, no negative side effects. The cost is great for everything this has. I would order again. As something that I take daily this hits all the marks spot on.
