I take magnesium supplements regularly, to, well, keep me regular. I typically take Magnesium Oxide but felt it wasn’t working as effectively as I wanted it to. I decided to try these and I’m much happier with how they work for me! It took me about 2 weeks for my body to adjust to the different supplement, now I experience no digestive-type discomfort.
My reason for knocking off a star, is the label looks almost home-printed, so not super clean and professional, and the outside of the capsules are powdery. I’m sure it’s to keep them from sticking together, but I find it messy and annoying.
