This is not greasy – my son uses it so I am not sure how well it works but I do see that he doesn’t toss and turn as much when going to bed

My entire family used and enjoyed this lotion. It really relaxes the legs and muscles and is an additional source of magnesium that is welcomed. Unfortunately my family used it nightly and the jar didn’t last more than a week… and imo it’s kinda pricey to by weekly. Definitely would like to keep it on hand however. Smells very mild. Which is super important to me. Lovely product!

I ordered this for my new granddaughter – or rather for her parents who, for some reason, feel they might enjoy sleeping sometime! She’s not old enough for it yet, I didn’t realise it was 6+ months. That said, I ordered it following a recommendation from a friend who has the same lotion for her baby and swears by it. I can’t wait to try it, especially as by the time she is 6+ months I’m likely to be babysitting – Nana’s definitely need their sleep. Apparently it is absorbed through the skin and helps to quiet the nerves and sooth the baby. The science is all there and I use magnesium salts in my baths, which really helps reduce pain, so I’m sure this will be great.

My baby was having issues sleeping so i wanted to try this stuff but it made things so much worst it almost felt like it kept her up more. I ended up not using it anymore and used John son baby night time lotion she went to sleep faster and those lotion are only $3
