Potassium and magnesium combination, the two ingredients that really help with muscle cramps. Legs cramps, say goodbye. I always get tinctures when I can, so much easier than trying to swallow large dry capsules. You can mix them in your drink or Like me, old school way, take 1 full squeeze on the drop lit and pour under tongue for a few minutes then swallow. Does not taste bad at all, has a sweet taste. These days, it is not a bad idea to have a Stronger Immune System. Overall, I am very happy to find and start using a new supplement that can only improve my health.

My restless legs have stopped, I’m not as tired during the day, and I’m sleeping through the night. Also tastes great.

So far, this supplement has worked out well for me. I take it before bed, as it does have a noticeable impact on my sleep quality. I feel like I get deeper sleep which makes me wake up more rested. I’m honestly not sure what the three forms of magnesium delivery do for me (Taurate, Glycinate, and Citrate), but I know the supplement works great for what I’m using it for. I also found it interesting that it contains Omega-3, as I’m always trying to get more of that in my diet.

I feel it is helping me with my sleep issues and has an added benefit of helping to keep your bowels regular. I wish the dosage wasn’t 2ml cause you go through it so quickly. The dropper isn’t the best. It is maxed-out at 1ml and it will only draw up .5 ml at once. I bought small 2ml syringes to draw it up better.
The taste is nice and I enjoy it in plain cold water or in a seltzer. It goes down easily. I’m going to try cutting the dose down to 1ml per night and see if I can get the same results.

I have tried a few magnesium supplements & so far this produce exceeds magnesium drinks & pills. I use the pineapple flavor & like it – not to strong, not too light. My only critique is the dropper doesn’t work for the recommended dosage & I find the dropper hard to read. I used a glass measurable shot size glass to figure out the proper dropper dosage. Still would like the dropper to be easier to measure the nightly dose. But giving the product 4 stars bc I do believe it works well, especially on an empty stomach, to help w/ sleep.
