I bought this magnesium because I can’t take magnesium citrate due to bladder issues. This is the only magnesium I can tolerate that helps with constipation.

These come with a 1 months supply in a box. Every day has a packet of ooze that you squeeze out into your mouth.
FLAVOR
He is not crazy about the flavor but takes them.
DO THEY HELP
He was having problems with cramping. He is alternating this every other day with a lesser capsule. This has a high level of magnesium in it so he feels comfortable alternating. The cramping has stopped since doing his.
THE BOTTOM LINE
This is a quick way to take magnesium that absorbs into the body quickly. It helps with cramping for my husband and he takes it every other day.

I have been taking many different forms of Magnesium supplements over the last few months trying to find the most suitable for myself. This one has become my favorite. I like the Liposomal treatment as I feel it really works better for absorption. I have been taking Lipo Vit C for years and do value the Lipsomal effect.
When I’m looking for relief or solutions then taste takes a second seat to effectiveness. However, this to me tastes a lot like a tootsie roll. Perhaps slightly less sweet which is a good thing. The liquid is thick but comes out of the pouch with some pinching, squeezing and sliding. I have been taking the samples sent every evening. It has been promoting better sleep. I also find that Mg supplementing has helped with my general muscle and joint aches and pain. It also helps tremendously with muscle cramps. I look forward every evening before bed to taking a packet.
I have been keeping the packets in the refrigerator and find that it tastes the same whether room temperature or chilled. I have added this to my cart for purchase. I do wish it was available on subscribe and save. If you are looking to supplement with Magnesium I do recommend this one highly as an oral. I would also look into topical application with “The Nu Co – Magnesium Ease Spray”. These two together are my favorites. 5 stars for quality and effectiveness.

I have been taking magnesium before bedtime for years and it has helped with my sleep quality and pain management so much. I usually never skip a night, but if I do I can totally tell the difference. I have been using the powdered drinks – Calm brand and Zahler brand. I mix the powder with a little warm water.
I saw this brand of pouches and was interested in them because when I travel the powder is a hassle. Plus, this brand has a different type of magnesium: Bisglycinate as opposed to the Calm/Zahler with is Magnesium Carbonate. Not only that, but the dose of Magnesium is very high 1350mg vs. 350mg in Calm/Zahler.
What’s really cool is that the delivery method (liposomal) is much better than the powder magnesium. You body will absorb and utilitize the magnesium really well.
The very first night I took this I was amazed how well I slept and how much better it works than the powder magnesium. It really is an amazing product!!!
The packets are easy to use and the product is absolutely delicious. I was a little apprehensive at first because a lot of supplement gels can be really gross tasting and weird texture. Not this product. It is smooth and tasty. They include sunflower lecithin, almond nut butter, and real vanilla so it is really satisfying before bedtime. In fact, it is an absolute treat before bedtime and something I look forward to taking. There are no added sugars so it will not amp you up before bedtime.
The ingredients are also non-GMO which is very important to me. This product is also made in the USA which is super important to me!
This product is expensive, but completely worth the cost. I am still using the powdered Calm/Zahler, but alternating between products. I don’t use this ever day (because I can’t afford it), but it still works well if I take it every three days or so, then the box lasts me about 3 months. Not bad at all for the health benefits.
