I started taking these about a month ago and it’s been a game changer. It’s recommended to take 2 before bed and 1 in the morning, but I have only been taking the 2 before bed without the morning one, and I have seen quite an improvement in my sleep already. I sleep uninterrupted and wake up feeling fresh and bright! I have had no negative side effects and will definitely continue to get these.

I associate Magnesium threonate with better and more vivid dreams and that is something wonderful to me! It means that I wake up feeling like I slept on a cloud and refreshed and ready for the day’s challenges. To dream like that is wonderful experience, the body is entirely relaxed, the temperature is just right, and the mind takes one to wondrous places effortlessly, what more could one ask for?! Some, might ask to remain asleep through the night and the slow and steady release of magnesium threonate is there after the glycinate is absorbed. It is hard to get enough magnesium in the diet and sleep becomes a chore because you get tense through the day and stay tense when you want to feel like a sleepy noodle! Nessarit’s formulation of a glycinate bolus that is followed by a steady release of threonate is one component, a very significant one given the deficiency of magnesium in the western diet, of a sleep routine that leads to a restful night’s sleep. I love the black pepper extract because it enhances the absorption of everything around it and that means that it isn’t JUST my absorption of magnesium that is being enhanced, it is every nutrient around it! Magnesium glycinate is the most bioavailable form of magnesium and threonate is right behind it and this product has both and is formulated in a way that is sure to bring sweet dreams!
There was one negative and that was that some of the capsules did not appear entirely full and, to me, this is a problem that the manufacturer needs to address but that one cannot really do more than tell the manufacturer about it and hope. Clearly, I am happy nonetheless, I gave the product 5 stars!
Most products these days come super protected from the manufacturer and this product was no exception. What makes this worth talking about is the handy tab on the side of the seal at the mouth of the bottle, it came in handy.
