I took this because I have been having hormonal issues with my menstrual cycle. My cycle has been lasting longer than usual since October (Normally 30-31 days and now 45 days) and no libido. I read that this could help with balancing hormones as well as libido. First thing I noticed when I took this was the amount of energy I felt like I had. It wasn’t like a coffee jittery energy. 3 weeks later is when I started noticing the increase of libido part, and most importantly my period came on time! My cycle is now 31 days rather that 45 days. I was hoping this product would give me more energy but it did the opposite. I have less strength than ever. I have a spinal cord injury and had a C4 burst fracture. I’m a c4 quadruplegic. I pedal a armcycle and usually I could do 600 rotations in 30 minutes and after taking this for 2 and a 1/2 months I can only do 300 at most. I was also hoping for increased sex drive and increased semen volume. But after taking this for even 3 weeks I noticed less semen volume than ever after 2 and a 1/2 months I can barely even produce anything I would not buy this black macca root.

This supplement was one of 3 that helped give me my orgasms back (and blow my mind when stacked). So I highly recommend it/them.
I’m a 36 year old man suffering from PSSD (post-SSRI sexual dysfunction), which basically means I was on Lexapro for over a year, stopped because of the sexual side effects, but those effects stayed with me even 8 months after stopping. This disorder is not uncommon, so if you have anxiety, do yourself a favor and try hypnosis before getting on meds, lest they permanently ruin your orgasms too.

Felt a difference although ever since I started taking them I’ve started developing Jaundice/ Bilirubin & Dry Throat. A yellow paste I’ve never seen before started forming on my tongue, I’ve brushed it off with a tongue scraper & it comes right off. Then taken the Black Maca & later in the day it’s back. I’m not a smoker so that eliminates that culprit also it said I’m this can be caused by Liver & Gallbladders disease. I’m not a drinker so I doubt my liver is of issue. Haven’t really done much to damage my Gallbladder. Most importantly I haven’t consumed anything Yellow! Except the Black Maca Which does have a Yellowing Brown color to it & is the only thing that has changed in my diet. Is anybody else dealing with this?
