Appears to be excellent quality, despite it being the yellow variety of this root vegetable. Tastes good in my yoghurt and porridge. Too early to comment on its effectiveness as have only used it once or twice, I’m still in the process of finishing off some black maca root powder currently, which I usually take alongside my regular gym routine, so can’t honestly say how good it is in terms of its potency. I will say its high quality judging from taste and flavour and the fact that it’s loaded with some amazing nutrients, it’s definitely a winner and a staple part of my diet.
