I’m a big fan of collagen and like to add it to my morning smoothie. I have the unflavored powder that was easily mixed into my smoothie, and it did not alter the taste. This collagen is good in that it has multiple types of collagen (I, II, and III), is made in the USA in a GMP facility, lab tested for purity, and they say it is all backed by science. It also has biotin, vitamin C, and several other supplements and ingredients that are supposed to aid in the production of collagen fibers and increase their absorption. At the time of my order, the cost was about $1.36 per serving, which is overpriced based on my current, very similar powder at only $0.52 per serving with two additional types of collagen, V and X.

Multi Collagen Complex Unflavored is a good quality collagen supplement providing 10 grams of collagen (bovine, chicken, fish), biotin (5000 mcg), keratin (200 mg), vitamin C (100 mg), hyaluronic acid (100 mg), and silica (20 mg).
I mix my collagen supplements with bouillon…let it cool just a little and then add the collagen and mix. I find it mixes well this way. I like this collagen supplement and appreciate that it contains generous amounts of several other supplements that I take (and which I can now eliminate). I do recommend it.

This product is expensive in its current package @ less than 12 ounces for $44. That said, the combination of ingredients is spot on for the desired outcome. Bovine collagen is a protein derived from cows that is extracted from bones, skin, and muscles. Some research has found that taking daily collagen powder could help make your bones denser, slowing the aging process that makes them brittle, helping your body produce new bone, promote skin elasticity and hydration. Vitamin C (a water-soluble vitamin that helps the body’s immune system and neutralize free radicals that damage cells). Keratin/Biotin (essential to healthy hair/skin/nails support). I mix this product (off white powder/tasteless) with my morning whey protein adding another ~10 grams of protein to my shake and it dissolves well with no after taste. Quality manufactured and sealed for your protection.

Desde que comencé a tomarlo he notado que mis uñas son más resistente crecen muy rápido, igual mi cabello estoy feliz de haber encontrado este producto. El sabor es súper rico, trae una cuchara medidora de verdad lo recomiendo muchísimo.

I have been using this collagen complex for about a month. I like that it is unflavored and doesn’t affect the taste or consistency of what I put it in. It is a very fine powder and requires a bit of effort to get it mixed in, I put it in my coffee and it really likes to clump up but some extra stirring and squishing the bubbles it eventually mixes in fully. I haven’t tried it in cold drinks but if it clumps in hot drinks you might need to blend it a bit with cold drinks. I have been taking other collagen supplements and don’t feel my hair or nails are behaving differently with this one so hard to say if the extra ingredients are doing much but they definitely aren’t hurting anything. Overall seems like a good product

I wanted to try this collagen powder because it’s one of the purest products out there. It doesn’t have any additional ingredients according to the label, there is no sugar or flavorings which is what I was searching for. It honestly looks and feels like a quality product that I feel confident in adding to my daily routine. It’s made in USA, the manufacturing factory has been certified and it has everything you need to maintain healthy hair, skin and nails! Let’s see how the next two weeks go!
