I understand that it’s good for cats. But it’s only good for them if they actually consume the product. Whether it was on treats, canned food or dry kibble, none of my three cats would eat it 🤷🏼♀️ So I sit with a full jar of it and I’m not quite sure what I should do with it 🫤

Had a foster cat that would not eat any of the other forms of Lysine. Was very unsure about just sprinkling something on her dry kibble. Worked great and she didn’t seem to mind it at all.

This worked for the herpes eye issues but it gave my cats terrible diarrhea and vomiting. Had to stop it and eye issues returned. May have to try the lysine snacks instead. They couldn’t even make it to the litterpan before an accidental blowout.

I was very disappointed. The scoop size is at least 4 times bigger than the other brands I have used but it contains less than half of the l-lysine. 1 scoop of this product only has 200 mg L-lysine Hydrochloride whereas the other brand contains 500 mg and you only have to give a fraction of the amount of lysine. I can’t believe that it doesn’t have any fillers.
Power gets hard clumps in it and it doesn’t mix in food very well. Cats didn’t seem to like it as well as the other types we’ve used. I ended up giving up using it and bought one of the other brands again.
I would not suggest buying this because it is a poor value unless your cat won’t take any other better brands.

My cat has feline herpies & this has helped tremendously. He used to have a very productive sneeze all the time. It was disgusting. He still sneezes but it is significantly less & less disgusting, if you get my drift.
It did take some patience to get him to take the powder but some helpful users in the question/answer section gave excellent assistance. Now my little buddy is happy & snuggly again.

Keep her healthy and she eats her food more ferociously like she enjoys the taste of the powder. She has never had an issue taking lysine powder on her food. She loves it. I love it. Happy Cat, happy cat lady.

My cat has a skin condition that has caused him to be sick for weeks at a time. I put the Lysi-Cat Lysine Supplement in his breakfast and dinner and he has no more issues. This is the best price I’ve found. The only recommendations I have is to make sure you keep the little spoon very dry and accessible (it can get buried in the powder and hard to retrieve because the container is so deep), you will also want to be sure to mix with a little wet food because the powder is very fine and won’t stick to dry kibble. I also add a little salmon oil for extra effect. 🙂

My delivery came within two days of ordering. My cats don’t have any issue with this being mixed into their food. It really helps one of my cats who has feline herpes virus and needs lysine to help reduce symptoms and outbreaks. The cost of this product is so much more reasonable than the treats from other brands that my cats woulsnt touch, plus instead of 90 treats that must be given four time a day, I can mix this into their wetfood, or add a small amount of water to some dry food and mix it into that. Will most definitely be buying this again. Best value and quality product.
