The taste is not pleasant by itself but improves 100 percent if added to pineapple juice. I think it is helping.

I’m not a medical expert, so I will not comment directly about the medical benefits of this supplement other than to say that you should always consult with a doctor or nutrition expert before taking any new supplements and that I did some reading online about quite a few of the ingredients and I decided to give it a try.
My first impression is that it’s easy to take with other drinks. They tell you not to mix it with hot drinks, so I mixed it in with my fiber drinks and it blended together well without leaving a bad taste.

I quickly realized this product smells and tastes terrible, and that it is not soluble in water. As a result, I have to refill the glass with water a few times to consume the powder. I will use it in hopes of benefitting from it, but won’t buy again.

Before even trying, naturally I read the ingredients, the dosage ( which says 1 scoop in 8 0z of water or other liquid.. no hot liquid. Ok how much is a scoop?? Jar says 30 servings. Still no help.. The picture depicts a scoop with the product overflowing.. making it appear that you get a scoop with the product.. thus not having to be concerning with dosage.. WRONG! You get neither! What the actual dosage amount is, or the amount the scoop is (so you can get your own because you have to) because again you don’t get a scoop. Really missing the boat here on some serious customer frustration that could have been avoided.
