Eleuthero is a supplement I simply can’t be without I have a high stress job and I work 10 hours days. When I do not take Eleuthero I absolutely crush in the evening, just can’t move. With Eleuthero I can make it through the day and in the evening I still have some energy left. It is really great product. I mix with my tea every morning and always will.

I was hoping for better results as far as the lessening of stress and anxiety goes – but so far I’ve not noticed much of a difference. That being said, I have researched Eleuthero quite a bit and I think maybe after continued use I will begin to notice more results. Supplements are like that – it’s hard to really know which is affecting you in which way. I take a lot of supplements and love all natural products. I truly believe that the earth provides us a cure or relief from whatever ailment in some form.
I find the smell quite pleasing to my nose and the taste isn’t as wonderful but I’m not using this for the aspect of the taste but rather the benefits of it. Overall, I am satisfied. I’ve had stress and anxiety for some time now and rather than taking those addictive Benzo type pills I use other ways to calm myself, breathing, meditation, visualization and now this is added to my daily regimen.

I first bought these on the recommendation of a friend who read that this particular enzyme sweeps the blood of debris and micro clots, something that peaked my interest because I’d had COVID. Upon further research on my own, I read that it does not have an effect on the blood, such as thinning it as some supplements do; it simply cleans the blood. I liked the sound of this and was eager to try it!
I take one of these on an empty stomach at night before going to bed. If you take it with food, it works on breaking down the food. It’s important to take it on an empty stomach for therapeutic benefits. This means at least one hour before food and at least 2 hours after food. Here are some of my results after taking this for a month:
First of all, I no longer feel any surface pain when I wake up in the morning. I used to feel achy with pain right underneath my skin. This would go away after getting up and moving around but it was the first thing that hit me in the morning when I woke up. From the very first time I took Lymbokinase, I stopped experiencing this completely! A true miracle to me.
Second thing I noticed from the beginning is that I woke up before the alarm clock, felt very refreshed, and happy to get out of bed! Before this I was someone who hit the snooze button three or four times and got out of bed at the very last minute. Another miracle!
Third thing I’ve noticed is that my breathing feels much deeper. It’s as if my lungs reach a fuller capacity when I’m breathing. I was not someone who had asthma or other breathing issues but I do notice a significant improvement in the quality of breathing and overall how that improves how I feel. I feel like it’s doing something very good for my circulation.
Will definitely stay on this for a long time to come and update my review if I notice more changes!

Another great Luz product! I have been adding this to my morning smoothie have been noticing more energy through my day. I use about 1/4 tsp a day so this jar will last me a long time! It doesn’t alter the flavor of my smoothie so it is a nice energy boost without a nasty flavor.
