Most brain formulas have approximately 30 mg luteoline. Luteoline supports a healthy inflammatory response in the brain. I’m ultra-sensitive. I feel the effects of almost every supplement I take. So this product was very easy to swallow due to its small size & it just slips right down your throat. The taste/flavor was neutral, didn’t really have any flavor or after taste which I really liked. Additionally, the liposomal delivery really makes the luteolin extremely bioavailable. I’ve noticed that since I’ve started taking this I feel sharper in my thinking. That equals 1,000 mg daily. I subscribed and received only FOUR deliveries.
