Feel like it really is unsticking old stuck mucus, on first bottle. It’s more expensive than I’m comfortable with but we’ll see how that goes. Taste is not bad at all, I have taken it plain and in juice.

I use this to help my lungs get better, my blood oxygen level is been 88 or lower without oxygen. When I’m at work this stuff helps me keep up in the high 90 instead of lower. I love and will purchase again when it is empty.

Do not waste your money on this product. I do have COPD and from all the write up I thought maybe I could finally get rid of the f phlegm that builds up in my lungs. I could have drank water and it would have worked just as well. So sorry I fell for this. Spare yourselves disappointment and save your money. And unfortunately I could not leave negative stars.
