I really like this eye cream. I use it in the mornings, it absorbs fast and looks great under makeup – no peeling or clumping. It’s hydrating, skin under my eyes used to get dry under makeup, but not anymore. As far as brightening – I am not sure, because I also use retinol eye cream at night, but it’s definitely hydrating.

This is moisturizing without being annoying to my eyes. It doesn’t bother me even when I wear contacts. Have noticed less dark circles when I use it.

It’s not a $100 or a $50 cream, so it won’t be the same as the super expensive high-end eye creams. But it’s not so bad and does its job relatively well for the price. My under eye does dry out even though I put it on twice a day, but it is winter now, so I’m willing to give it another shot when the weather gets warmer and a little bit more humid. One real downside about this product is that it does not have an expiration date on it, so I was pretty skeptical about trying it… It would be great if the manufacturer prints the manufactured date or the expiration date on the product itself or on the box clearly.

This is a nice and light eye cream. I don’t notice anything significant in a change around my eyes but it makes the area around my eyes nice and smooth for concealor application.

A couple years ago I picked this product up at Ulta not really needing anything for dark circles but more for hydration. I started using it and liked it at first but with continued use I woke up one morning and my undereyes looked amazing!! It’s like I didn’t know I had dark circles until I started using this and my undereyes became so bright and illuminated underneath. It’s hard to describe, but I LOVE this eye cream. I’ve tried tons of others (affordable to expensive) and this is by far my favorite. I ran out months ago but haven’t found the same product in stores or online…I even cut open the packaging to get out any excess haha. I emailed Lumene and they said the specific one I used (bright now 360 eye treatment) was discontinued, but the valo light eye cream is the closest to it. I went to their website to order it and when checking out the site redirected me here. I see the picture here is the 360 eye treatment that I had, but I’m assuming I’ll receive the valo light eye cream. So, I’m writing this review before receiving this specific product, but if it is like what I originally purchased, I’m one happy girl! Also, I saw a review talking about it peeling and not performing well under makeup. I never put eye cream on under makeup. It’s too thick and changes makeup application, so if you’re looking for something to put on like a primer, I’d use at your own discretion. I’ve not tried it like that because I wouldn’t normally wear an eye cream underneath anyway, so I can’t tell you from personal experience how it works. However, if you’re looking for something to really brighten, hydrate, and awaken your eyes this is definitely an amazing option! 🙂
UPDATED THOUGHTS:
So after I received this product I was disappointed to learn it isn’t anything like the 360 eye treatment I had once used. I accidentally threw away the box it came in, so I doubt I can return it. While picking up a few things in CVS today I saw the bright now 360 eye treatment! I was so shocked and happy because I was told it wasn’t being sold anymore. If you want the results like I put in my original review then I suggest going to CVS and getting the Bright Now 360 eye treatment! It’s so good.

I have really bad darkness under my eyes and this actually has been effective in lightening and brightening the area. It is not a moisturizing eye cream so I need to use an additional eye cream for moisturizing but it’s worth it. It has a kind of bleach-y scent which makes me think it has some lightening property in it similar to K-beauty products, but it is not irritating at all.
I would definitely recommend this cream, and I would suggest using it morning and night for best results. It is a smaller tube that I think I’m going to go through quickly but it is worth it for actual results.

I first stumbled across this brand in Walmart of all places and fell in love. I have sensitive skin that goes oily with most ingredients. This brand has never made my skin react at all, not irritation, acne, etc. I enjoy all their products and use this eye cream a few nights a week. It’s creamy and moisturizing without being heavy.

Great product. A little goes a long way. I estimate, based on current daily use, this product will last 4 months or more. So its excellent value for money. It is effective as a moisturiser and it has a brightening effect. Refreshing. I have sensitive skin and have had no problems, so I would recommend this to others with sensitive skin too.
