I love saffron because the research shows that it can be supportive for suppressing appetite & enhancing mood overall, but I’m giving this a three star review because it may be cumbersome for those who are currently juggling multiple supplements.
The suggested dosage is one pill twice daily, 20 minutes prior to meals.
That’s just a complicated hassle for people who may not eat at exactly the same time of day. I just prefer the convenience of being able to take supplements at MY convenience, not staggering them at certain times.

Not sure if it’s in my head or if this stuff actually works. I pair it with ashwaghanda for anxiety and concentration benefits. I feel really nice.

I’m not sure if this is helping but I had read that saffron helps with macular degeneration. My vision is still getting worse but maybe this helps to slow it down – who knows!!

I just started taking it. It’s only been a week. I will give it 3 months as I know this is how long supplements generally take to activate their benefits. The price is good.
