UPDATE to 4 stars: Seller reached out to offer full refund. Good customer service, and I’ll give this product another chance. I hope they’ve resolved the quality issue.
First time I bought these, they were fine. This time, they arrived (as a few others have experienced) in one big clump. Had to cut open the bottle to get the clump out, and was unable to separate them. They went in the trash. Very disappointed!

I’ve been taking these for several months and have them in my subscribe and save auto deliveries and I just received my newest bottle and unfortunately the entire bottle is melted into one big clump and it’s impossible to separate them. I’ve seen other reviews that have had the same experience but it’s never been an issue for me and I would never expect it in the middle of winter.
