I like the capsules, the liquid cod liver oil does not taste good.

I love this cod liver oil. It is easy to swallow and has no fishy after taste. I do not burp this oil unlike some fish oil I took in the past. I could feel the difference in my body whenever I take this oil. I don’t feel the low grade discomfort in the knees again. There is a second condition that I think this oil in combination with some other supplement help to address.

Seems to be good quality. Previously I was taking Dr. Berg’s powder capsules, but he doesn’t seem to carry them any longer.

The gel tabs were all gummed up and melted in the bottle. Unable to use the product. Very disappointing.
