    The mask came in in a dot sealed box. It looks well made and works as intended. I am using it for cool therapy. It is so good to feel some cool on the face especially when the headache is coming on. I like that the mask has 2 different sides. The cloth side feels very soft and plush. At this moment, I really do not see anything wrong with the mask. The price is right, especially with coupon. I wish it came with the storage bag.

    This LotFancy Ice Face Mask feels amazing after I come in from my morning walk. I live in a hot climate and I love to walk. When I get home, I place this mask on my face. It helps relieve the puffiness and redness and the coolness feels great. The inside is a very soft material. It has straps that can comfortably hold it in place. It is washable so I can reuse it often. I tried first placing it in the freezer, but it came out stiff. Now I place it in my refrigerator and it is very comfortable to use. It can also be used with heat, but I have not tried that yet. I am happy I ordered this mask, I use it often.

    I definitely like that the mask is very soft on the side that touches skin. So you’re not dealing with that uncomfortable ice-pack plastic feeling. It also gets very cold and stays cold for awhile. So far I’ve used this when I feel like I’m over-heating and haven’t used it for headaches yet. It’s very soothing to have this resting on my face. It has eye holes, but I usually just lay down with closed eyes while listening to an audiobook. Two nits – It’s very stiff when it first comes out of the freezer. I wish it was a gel type that conformed better to your face. And the straps are a bit short for larger headed people such as myself.

    Good to refresh the face. To reduce inflammation and redness this mask is ideal.
    I only used it cold and it works, very relaxing.
    For $10 definitely a good treat to pamper yourself.
    Also a good gift.

    I love that this mask covers your whole face and that you can put it in the fridge, freezer or microwave. It has velcro straps on the back that I thought I would hate, but I was wrong. Secured, they contour the mask nicely to your face and distribute the heat/cold even better. There is a pretty strong plastic smell, but I think now that the package is opened that will settle out over time.

    This full face gel mask is so nice! I absolutely love it. It fits my face perfectly and has a strap in the back to keep it on. I love that I can sit up and walk around while I’m using it. It’s super comfortable and is very flexible and soft. It’s freezes quickly and stay cold for about 10 minutes. It feels so good on my skin and really helps to relief any puffiness. I use it after using my dermaroller and it feels very nice.
