This was the perfect solution after 4 wisdom teeth were removed. There are 2 sets of ice packs so you can rotate them and never be without ice therapy. If it was too cold, we could turn the band inside out – as one side is thicker than the other. I highly recommend this type of ice therapy compress for wisdom teeth extraction and this brand performed perfectly and is put away – hoping to not be used again. Worth every penny!

Literally the perfect ice pack for after getting my wisdom teeth out. Sits perfectly on my jaw, and truly helps alleviate the pain and swelling. Love the cute pink color, and the fabric is very comfortable. I do leave the packs out for about 20 minutes before putting them on otherwise they are super super cold. Highly recommend!!

Third child to have wisdom teeth extracted. Wish I had this with the other two. This has worked like a charm. The gel packs are great. They did thaw pretty quickly but nice to have have two sets to rotate. We also froze sponges placed in sandwich bag and inserted them in this too while gel packs refroze. This is a must need for oral surgery.

This is a quality product that became very helpful after dental surgery. I love the fact that you don’t have to hold an ice pack to you face with your hand but can just wrap this around your head and it stays there for as long as you need it. it comes with 4 ice packs, so you keep one pair in the freezer while you use the other. The packs are mouldable even when frozen so you can model them around your face contour. The Velcro closing adjust to the size of your head. I have not tried them as hot packs yet but they can be used like that as well.

Initially purchased for our son’s wisdom tooth surgery and it was perfect! I actually bought two different brands and the other didn’t even compare to the quality of this one. I recently had a cosmetic procedure and used this for swelling and it worked beautifully! It’s soft, the perfect adjustable size, reduced swelling and pain! The only weird thing was after I ordered this one and the other set, I got a pack of mystery seeds from China, which I didn’t open and contacted our state department of agriculture. If this happens to you, do not open or plant the seeds as it could be an invasive plant.

I bought this product for ice/heat post wisdom tooth extraction and coronectomy. The product is easy to use. The gel packs slide right in the pockets with no problem and the whole thing wraps around your face and Velcros at top. I saw a lot of reviews that said it doesn’t hold cold and heat long enough. Since the recommended time with cold is 20 minutes I didn’t have a problem with that aspect. I DO wish it held heat a bit longer, but since there’s 4 packs it is no biggie to just warm up another set. I did have issues with the sizing- or maybe design- of the whole thing. My ears got totally frozen, but lower on my jaw…where my wisdom teeth were removed and below…didn’t get cold or heat in the same way. I ended up using the headband part for just when the packs were the coldest/hottest then taking them out and holding them directly where I needed the relief on the face. So, overall, I got what I needed, but I think the design could be tweaked a bit.

Our oral surgeon suggested we use frozen peas in a tube sock, which is a good idea if you need to save money and make due with what you have. But this item was worth every penny! It holds the ice pack close to the skin without sagging away, and it stays in place. The fabric is soft and comfortable against the skin and it is well made and durable. The four ice packs are perfect–you always have two in the freezer ready to go. They also work well in the microwave when you need to transition away from ice and use heat instead.

I think this item truly helped my son recover from his wisdom teeth removal. He didn’t have to worry about holding ice packs in place and was able to rest or watch TV, etc. The 2 sets of ice packs were very helpful as we were able to keep one set in the freezer while he used the other set for 20 minutes on/20 minutes off on his first day post-op. In addition the packs remained pliable so they were more comfortable and were able to mold around the face.
