** Update **
Well, I received the replacement bottle, and it’s almost just as bad. At least the inner seal was in place. But again, there was absolutely no outer seal, and again the cap seems to be mismatched to the bottle. Not only that, but the cap appears to be very clearly used. It is all scratched up, and the flip top hinge is loose like it’s already well worn. In fact, I’ll just say point blank: I’ve seen in person the caps Longevity Botanicals uses on their supplements, and you can see them on their website for yourself – this cap isn’t it. Check out the photos I’ve added to see. Furthermore, this bottle has the same multiple random, unidentified barcodes slapped on top of the original factory barcode. Bottom line is that the only recommendation I can make for this brand and supplement, is to avoid it like the plague. This is just too shady. *Now I will say, I suppose it’s possible that *both* bottles I received are counterfeits and that *actual* Longevity Botanicals product shipped directly from them will be of good quality. I have no way to be sure. But if Longevity Botanicals wants to reach out to me and offer to send a new bottle directly from their supply, along with a COA, then I’ll give the supplement another chance. But I doubt that will happen. So I must stick with my recommendation to avoid this mushroom supplement, as well as other products from Longevity Botanicals.

This may be a case of a one-off problem, but at the moment I cannot recommend this mushroom blend by Longevity Botanicals.
The primary reason is that my bottle arrived with no external seal or wrapping, and the internal seal was broken – this bottle had been opened already. To add more suspicion, the bottle had 4 different barcode stickers slapped on top of one another, on top of the manufacturer label. That’s just not normal.
But there’s other downsides here too. I’ve never heard of this brand before. That said, I can’t find any detailed info on this supplement. They are not cGMP certified, nor do they appear to be 3rd party lab tested anywhere. While they *are* USDA certified organic, the absence of cGMP and 3rd party lab testing on top of the weird barcode issue and the fact that my bottle wasn’t sealed and had been opened, the *only* recommendation I can give right now is to avoid this brand for the time being. I have filed a return with Amazon and requested a replacement bottle, so I have my fingers crossed that the next bottle will be properly sealed without numerous mysterious barcode stickers stacked on each other. It doesn’t solve the cGMP/lab testing issue, but it would be a step in the right direction. I’ll update once I receive the replacement bottle.

This bottle of 90 will last you approximately one month. At current price of 30 bucks, cost is currently about a dollar a day. Ingredients listed total 900mg of nutrients at suggested daily dose. As photo shows, capsules are just a bit narrower than the diameter of U.S. Quarter Dollar included for comparison. I like the mix of different mushrooms and believe they help my overall health.
With >20% Beta D – Glucana (as printed on bottle), this supplement may have myriad health benefits; as with all supplements, you’d be well-advised to consult your health care professional before starting, or if you have any subsequent questions or concerns.

These mushroom blend capsules are amazing. I wasn’t expecting much when I ordered them the first time but I felt the effects on the first day. They give me more vivid dreams that I remember more. They improve my memory greatly. My mind is more clear and able to remember more on them. They are great for memory and brain health. I would highly recommend them.

The label information on the actual product differs from the images in the product details page. Actually, for the better: the Supplement Facts provides more details on the product label. So, now we can see actual quantities of the mushrooms in the Power Blend.
Per capsule, there is 300mg of the Power Blend. The Power Blend has 20mg of EACH of the mushrooms, which I appreciate. (Often ingredient lists won’t give actual quantities, although they are listed in descending order of volume.) The 15 mushrooms are Lion’s Mane, Red Reishi, Cordyceps, Turkey Tail, Tremella, Maitake, Agaricus, Chaga, Shiitake, Polyporus, Oyster Mushroom, Auricularis, Poria and they included Lion’s Mane and Turkey Tail in extract forms, counting them as separate ingredients. So, there are actually only 13 different mushroom types. A bit misleading, I’d say.
Beta D-Glucans, the compound that offers the potential health benefits of mushrooms, is quantified as being more than 20%.
The product details notes and shows certification badge for USDA Organic. This is not found on the product label. The front label has text stating “Organic”. Per the Supplement Facts, only the two extract forms are listed as being organic. So, I doubt all the mushroom ingredients are actually organic. These instances of incorrect or misleading information negatively influences the rating.
I do like the choice of mushrooms, and applaud that they supply the actual quantities of each. It would have been more favorably received if it displayed the USDA Organic badge, with all components being organic.
Due to these considerations, this mushroom supplement receives a 3.5 – 3.75 star rating.

Power Blend 15 – These work great and as intended with a lot of quality active ingredients. Taking these in the morning made me feel more focused with energy to drive it. This product seems to be of high quality and the effects were noticeable while taking them daily. The serving size for the package I received was 3 pills once daily which were small and easy to swallow. I would purchase these again.

I take a number of different mushroom supplements with promises of antioxidant properties and enhanced brain function along with many other benefits. Mushrooms have come a long way from the days when they were decried as empty calories.

I like the wide variety of mushrooms included in this mushroom supplement and am always glad to see Chaga mushroom included. I buy Chaga separately as a powder because it is so incredibly good for the immune system. All of these mushrooms in this supplement are extremely good for health. Hubs and I have been taking a blend of powdered mushrooms everyday in our morning coffees for the past 2 years and so far have not gotten the least bit sick with any cold or flu virus. I think this is an excellent powdered mushroom supplement with some of the best mushrooms for good health.
