Milk style lotion- truly a lot like a heavy whipping cream.. runny in nature- a little can go a long way! Love pump dispenser and I recommend a rigorous shake prior to use. Also suggest a protective towel or blanket underneath while slathering your infant. It helps keep lotion contained where you want it.. and not on bed, sofa or linens!!
I find this without any fragrance- after 4wks. of use.. we’ve had zero issue, reaction, rash, irritability, etc. Uncertain of ingredient simply bc none are listed- I used on my hands for x1 solid week prior.. hands felt soft but needed a few extra min. for absorption so, plan accordingly! Nothing was wow nor disappointing-
Baby’s skin feels soft and even used in hair hasn’t caused an issue. This is about the closest thing I’ve seen to emulating a milk bath. Sold at a higher price point this has respectable results.. just not sure they’re much different then JJ sensitive skin line for half the price. I’m not a fan of this baby lotion,
I don’t think it’s that good at moisturizing but it’s not bad either.
It arrived well packed, plastic wrapped completely sealed.
Bottle dispense lotion smoothly.
Overall didn’t give me any kind of cheap feelings.
It is made in Japan and the product was printed in Japanese.
I couldn’t understand anything other than ‘Baby Lotion’
It is scent free and fragrance free.
It doesn’t smell anything strong.
It is VERY watery.
Moisturizing power is so so.
My little one does have very sensitive skin, and he absorbs this baby lotion without any problems.
It is a okay baby lotion.

It’s not moisturizing enough for my baby with eczema. I’d recommend it for the summer when there’s more moisture in the air, but if you’re looking for something to protect your baby’s skin, you’ll definitely need a thicker and more effective product. This one is light and watery. The good thing is that it is non-irritating.

This is very gentle lightweight to spread on baby’s skin. It can seem watery, but it’s also very quick to dry.

This Pigeon Gentle Baby Lotion is a very gentle, non-irritating moisturizer. It’s a “milk lotion” and more runny than other types of moisturizers. So if you’re expecting a thick hand cream type of lotion, then you’ll be disappointed. I’ve had some prior experience with milk lotions and was prepared for the more runny consistency. This Pigeon Lotion is definitely the best of the milk lotion types of moisturizers I’ve tried. The lotion is unscented and rubs on nicely leaving skin looking dewy moist and feeling soft. The 10.1 Fl. Oz bottle is a generous size and the pump dispenser works well. Mine was labeled with both a manufactured date and an 09/2024 expiration date which is 2 years away. Overall, I’m satisfied with this Pigeon Gentle Baby Lotion and would order it again in the future.

Hands down for this Japanese baby care product. It’s a total different level, compared to the major American brands. This product itself is very light, smooth, you don’t feel any stickiness. Yet the moisturizing effect is long lasting. It’s not just for the baby! Any skin would benefit from its enlightening sootiness. It’s like magic, it doesn’t leave any scent, no form, yet it makes a big change!

Too watery, strong smell, definitely not meant for sensitive skin, tacky texture, skin was still dry after using it; quality seemed low and would not buy again. This is not meant for kids with eczema due to the harsh chemicals and scents
