I started using the entire collection of the Shea Moisture raw honey products, cleanser, the toning wipes, moisturizer, night cream and dark spot corrector and I started having a lot of sensitivity. My skin felt like it was burning and it dried out pretty badly. So I dropped half and kept using half, but it didn’t help. The only thing I can say for sure at this point is that the dark spot corrector isn’t causing it. And using the moisturizer on it’s own still caused the burning and drying. I was super bummed about this because I love Shea Moisture products but I cannot use this set together. They seem to be quality products though and I would recommend using with caution if you have sensitive skin. It does help with dark spots though!

I have sensitive skin, and my face broke out. I do have other health issues that tend to cause my skin to break out, so I don’t really like it. My face broke out 10 minutes after I used it and it doesn’t really put any moisture on my face, I don’t feel it did much for me in that sense. If you have a sensitivity to a lot of products, you probably shouldn’t use it.

This has replaced my expensive Perricone Face Finishing moisturizer. As usual, the honey is very calming for my skin, so it’s more even, less red and ruddy. All for 1/4 the price of what I was using before!

SheaMoisture Even And Radiant Raw Honey face lotion is moisturizing and absorbs quickly, leaving my skin feeling soft and smooth! It contains ingredients including sweet almond oil, organic shea butter, cocoa butter, jojoba, and honey that help to even out skin tone. It is fragrance-free and doesn’t really have much of a scent to it at all, but I would describe the barely noticeable scent as mild, pleasant, and natural.
This face lotion goes on smooth and creamy, absorbs quickly, and is not at all oily or greasy. It is listed as being fair trade, with no animal testing, and is made in the USA. There are no added parabens, petroleum, or mineral oil and it works well on my sensitive skin without causing any type of irritation.
I wash my face before applying the lotion or apply it after showering. After applying, it continues to leave my skin feeling extra soft and moisturized! This is a great choice for anyone with sensitive skin who is looking for a moisturizing and fragrance-free face lotion to help even out skin tone!
