I have taken 2-3 pills a day for about 2 weeks now and these are the changes I have noticed:
I have more energy. I used to wake up exhausted and would be tired throughout the day but I have noticed I wake up feeling more refreshed. We have a 2 year old, and a puppy at home so we are woken up a lot throughout the night and I still feel like I got a great night’s sleep. I have also been waking up slightly before my alarm, on my own, which is always a better way to wake up.
I am in a better mood. I normally can get upset very easily. I would get frustrated easily and little things would upset me, but in the last 2 weeks, I noticed Im generally in a better mood. I dont get upset over little things.
The bedroom has taken a nice uptick as well. Of course I would always want it but the motivation or the drive to get up and go wasnt always there. If my wife would wear something “more comfortable” I would always be ready, but since taking this stuff I have noticed myself being more frisky and initiating it as well. Not that there were problems before, but any boost in that department is always appreciated.
This one seems unlikely that its related, but its a change I have noticed in the last 2 weeks which is the time frame that I have been using this product so far. My digestion and regularity has improved as well. Im not sure if I like the change or not with going to the bathroom more, but I dont feel so “full” or weighed down with the improvement to regularity so thats nice.
