I’ve taken various forms of fiber supplements in the past but have never had any issues with bloating or upset stomach. However, I am apparently sensitive to these particular fiber supplements. These are great-tasting gummies but do contain 2g of sugar. I had to scale back due to stomach upset, gas and diarrhea. I put them on pause for several days and was fine. When I went back to taking them, I noticed the same issues. I ended up scaling back to where I don’t have stomach issues and will continue to monitor any continuing adverse reactions. I drink plenty of water after taking these.

I just bought the fiber gummies. They have been the best fiber gummies I have tried. They have been helping with my digestion. I have tried other brands but nothing has worked as well as LIVS fiber gummies.
