To be completely honest I am not sure yet, I kinda gag when I have to take them because they are big and I just finished my month of being on them I haven’t notice anything with the way I feel, but it doesn’t mean they don’t work!! I bought 2 months worth so we will see, I think anything that has an effect to clean your liver is good I will give it 3 stars only because I get to were it’s really hard to get the evening one down with the size of the capsule.

Three months ago I ended up in the Emergency Department and ultimately in the operating room with gallstone removal and gall bladder removal as well. My liver wasn’t functioning very well as the common bile duct had been blocked by the gall stone. I decided to try this product to support my liver as it seemed my system was still a little slow to heal after surgery. It has helped so much. I feel so much better. I have had no problem swallowing it, or taking it prior to a meal, even though I do sometimes have troubles with other supplements if my stomach is empty. I forgot to pack it when we went away for four days and I felt the difference without it. I recommend this product.

This is a very good product with all the essential ingredient which require for the liver support. Amount of milk thistle is 200 mg which is more than sufficient for liver support with other ingredients. I just quit drinking so I was looking for supplement which can detox my liver from all the drinking. After using a week I felt more energy and change in my mood. I will be buying this product again.
