Besides 200 mg of Milk thistle extract it also contains 5 mg of L-Ergothioneine per 2 caps a day serving. I found both amounts are what generally is recommended by doing online research. It also has several other ingredients. The herbs Artichoke extract, Dandelion extract, Turnjujube extract, Purple Dragon Flower extract, Saussurea involucrata extract – and the vitamins C, E, Thiamine, Riboflavin, B6, Folate, B12, Pantothenic acid and the trace mineral Selenium. The other ingredients are Hypromellose and Microcrystalline Cellulose. The lot number and Best By date of 09/2026 are printed on the lid. So I didn’t get an old bottle. The lid was wrapped around with a clear tamper evident outer seal. It also had a protective inner freshness seal. I see on the bottle it has a website listed and also that it’s distributed from Shenzhen, China. The bottle contains 60 caps that lasted me 30 days. The caps have a tan color and a faint smell that doesn’t bother me. It doesn’t cause me any side effects and I take it to support the health of my largest organ.

The smell is nothing to me.
The flavor and taste are not much either with me.
It’s easy for me to swallow them.
It’s a good value for the money to me.
I am going to finish them first before I may come back for more comments and more stars later on.

I didn’t realize when ordering that this is made in China. It cannot be returned, but we won’t be taking it. A waste of money I regret spending…No idea about any health benefits, taste, ease of use, energy level, effectiveness, or if it improves feeling good or energy level.

I have been taking these herbal liver support supplements for a little while now, and I found them quite easy to take, because they don’t leave any weird aftertaste, and the size of the capsules is manageable.
Since they’re not too big, I have no problem swallowing them with water, but their ingredients are what got me interested in the first place, because I’ve heard good things about milk thistle and dandelion extract, so I was curious to give this a try.
I like that it has a good mix of different herbs such as artichoke extract, turnjujube extract, purple dragon gallbladder flower extract, and some other ingredients because it seems to be a well-thought-out supplement, and not just one or two things thrown together.
