I’m in the supplement industry and have been around it quite a long time so I would say I’m more knowledgeable than the average person on products like these. We carry this product and brand in the store I work at so I’m pretty familiar with them and they are a pretty trusted brand with high quality formulations.
I really like the ingredient list here, with amazon vine reviews I cannot make health claims so you would need to do some research for yourself to see if you believe this would be a good fit for you. I have used this after drinking alcohol just to try and give my liver more support and I believe it was helpful to me.

The Viva La Liver is a fantastic supplement for use during detox cycles. Dosage is 3 capsules twice per day. The capsules are very easy to swallow and are made from gelatin. The Viva La Liver goes to work immediately but in a gentle and effective manner. I was able to test this for a maximum of 7 days during my detox and I simply felt clean and complete in the end. A very effective detox cleans but as with any supplement always consult with your physician.

This Viva La Liver has a multitude of ingredients to help support your liver health. It has choline, selenium, milk thistle, artichoke leaf, dandelion leaf, r lipoic acid, inositol, resveratrol, garlic, methionine, and n acetyl-l- carnitine. Many of these ingredients help your liver to detoxify.
My liver numbers were elevated due to a medication and I am hopeful this helps clear my liver and help with my energy levels.
You get 90 capsules and the serving size is 3 capsules. The bottle does have a little odor to it, I’m assuming that is probably due to the garlic or maybe the artichoke. It’s noticeable, but not bad. I would purchase these again.
