Even though it’s made for Sublingual use… Most of the time I brush my teeth and put it in a glass of 6 onz distilled water, meanwhile. Then stir it and drink it down. No blue mouth at all.

The product is good, but it took me a while to find on their webpage where the chemicals are screened by a lab for heavy metals. That’s an important feature, and I had to go to their webpage and go to the very very bottom in the fine print and click on it to find a lab test result. They should put this upfront.

I like the idea of the strips to dissolve but they do make your mouth blue. I have used methylene blue drops and my provider said to freeze the drops and put them at the back of the through and no blue. I think I will stick with that method over these strips. But if you don’t mind a blue mouth, I think they are good. This product is made in the USA. They are good through 2025 so came to me fresh. The box is also well sealed.

I had an immediate response to this. I followed the suggestion from someone on YT who suggested you first cut off a small part and start with that. Glad I did. I had a detox response the first couple days and then, after the 3rd ‘cut off’ it went away. You start off taking it every other day. I’m now up to 1/2 a sheet with no detox response but the clarity I get from it is amazing. Definitely 5 stars in my book. Watch videos of people who are taking it and seeing a diff so you can get an idea of what’s working and what’s not. Be smart and go slow at first to limit detox. No one likes a headache.

I really liked the feeling I got from the first dose… I don’t like the staining or the taste. I read about the process of how it’s made so the dye is unavoidable but I think I’ll try cutting the little sheet in half and see how that feels. I am taking Paroxatine so I will have to take it easy when using this supplement.
