I have gastroparesis and I take 1 of these along with my RX med before meals and they have truly truly helped me digest and keep my food moving in the right direction. I have not had any flare ups since I started taking this in addition to my RX med. I have these set up on automatic shipping I am so pleased with them and the quality and performance of them. They reduce my gas and bloating which is a very common thing with gastroparesis esp the bloating. I really feel like I am living a normal healthy life and can eat whatever I want ( in moderation and portions) instead of being a tormented soul to gastroparesis.

I’ve had a lot of gut issues over the past year – even an ER visit for pain. Couldn’t get to the bottom of why and decided to try a digestive enzyme. This one works like a charm! Take it before a meal and no more pain, gas, and bloating after meals. Highly recommend it and the price is very reasonable compared to other high rated brands.

Not really sure about the iodine content for those concerned about hyperthyroidism, you see, my mothers side of the family has trouble with goiter and hyperthyroid issues. Iodine is not good for this condition, but we also have trouble digesting certain vegetables like broccoli and dairy like… milk stuff…. Anyway, Bladderwrack has a high iodine content and I wanted to get a digestive supplement that didn’t have this. There was no Bladderwrack in the ingredients list, so I purchased this. However, I did not feel a substantial difference when eating broccoli, and still felt gassy afterwards. To be fair, the directions do state that you need to take the pills 20 minutes before a meal, and I waited about 15 minutes instead, but I feel that this is not practical. What is more concerning is that I do feel some excessive pressure and tenderness behind my eyes when I take these. I am afraid to take these any more, and do not think the risk to benefit ratio is worth it in my personal situation.

This WORKS and it is the only product that does. I’ve tried just about all of them and finally found a good This Stuff Works! And it is the only one I have found that does. I’ve tried just about all of them.
You must give it the 20 minutes before eating to get it started. Also, you must eat slowly. Don’t just wolf the food down. It is pleasant to take and effective. I hope it works for you.

I bought my first bottle and they worked amazingly. So amazing I had no more gas, bloating and my food was being digested for the first time in years. I was nearing the end and didn’t want to run out so I bought another quickly. Fast delivery like always but then when I finally opened the second bottle I was leary. They looked different, smelled different and didn’t do a thing for digestion. As a matter of fact, the digestion became the worse its ever been. I knew after just a few times I was sent the wrong capsules in the right bottle. I decided to order another bottle quickly and I got ones just like the first order.
